I am very happy with the level of service and support I received from Bethanie in matching me to my new role. The reasons for this are the following: she was happy to go through the job spec and nature of the company in detail prior to me making a formal application, and showed a clear understanding of the fact that job hunting / finding the right applicant is very much a two-way process and needs to be right for both parties.
She arranged a telephone interview for me initially (which was helpful for both me and the employer), was prompt with follow-up calls and ensured that I had everything I needed prior to my first day. Overall I am very pleased with such an efficient process.
